181 Fremont is a 60-story, 250,000 square foot mixed-use skyscraper in the South of Market District of San Francisco, California. It will have offices on the bottom 37-stories, gym and social amenities floors on Level 38 and 39, and highly refined condominiums from Level 39 to the roof.  The ground floor will have a 28’ high cable net wall and the curtain wall is highly complex with a lap-shingle profile interested by large diagonal columns that change the angle at the façade at every intersection, and a bridge to the Transbay terminal at the 4 floor.
